McCurtain County commissioners are scheduled to meet Thursday with the McCurtain County Jail Trust to discuss county jail administrator Larry Hendrix.
Jail trust members voted May 2 to put Hendrix on paid administrative leave while the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation looked into allegations concerning him.
The OSBI has concluded that investigation, and Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond said the OSBI found no evidence of criminal acts or other conduct that would be statutory grounds for ouster proceedings.
The jail trust has scheduled a closed, executive session at the special meeting to discuss Hendrix before taking any action.
